Staffing definitions:
Librarian – holds a school library and teacher certification
Teacher – has teacher certification
Clerk – individuals who are classified as clerks, hourly lecturers, volunteers, etc.
Vacant - HISD declares that this job is available, whether it is posted or not.
No Library – the library has been vacant of staff for at least 3 years, a circulating library with a collection has not been established on a campus or the campus is not served by HISD Library Services (Example: charter schools).
